All that and yet...

 On Sundays in the summer,
while Stanley is off golfing,
I often go to Riverdene Park.
There are 3 sets of stairs in the park,
and I run them.

I did a personal BEST yesterday
150 flights of stairs.

Not bad for a gal that turned 50 this year huh?

It takes an elevation of 10 feet 
which is about 20 steps up
(steps down doesn't count)
to register as 1 floor on a Fitbit...

That means I climbed about 3000 steps up!

I'm nearing 20,000 lifetime floors climbed...

All that and yet
still no Buns of Steel...

What is up with that?
