I keep having to take my bird feeder down because the wind blows all the seeds away. :o( Soon, we'll have regular guests at our dining establishment, I hope.

All your little birdie friends will be so happy.
Just a quick comment about modern technology... we are still in control of our lives and we can make the final decision if we wish to partake in Facebook, Twitter, cell phones and the like. Our modern day obsession with thinking that we have to be connected 24/7 have left us lacking in down time, family time and just me time.
If you are a victim of being expected to be available all the time for others to contact you and you need a way out you can quote a very famous actor in one of his favourite roles to those that annoy... "frankly my dear I don't give a damn..."

Love your Bird Kitchen.... It's much 'classier' than mine. I need to get creative!!!!!! ha (But--my birds don't care... They'll eat out of a soup bowl as long as I feed them!!!! ha

I was working on a Spring Blog post today -for this coming Friday--and just got so excited seeing all of the wonderful changes.. Oh how I love spring.

I am one who really enjoys Facebook --but I am careful on it --just like I try to be on Blogger. Actually, by choosing my 'friends' on FB, I actually feel safer on it than I do on Blogger --which ANYONE can read. Oh Well.
Hugs,
Betsy

As I look out my window and see my empty feeders, my birds would be envious of yours, and would be right over! :-)

I think you are going to have to push your retirement date even later due to all the mouths you feed. Sure going to miss our spring walks this year!

that is some new resturant you have and i know the diners will be flocking there soon...FB and Twitter is another hot spot for me to.. at least these two i can ignroe, the cell phone users are deadly in a car and aggravating standing out between my house and the one next door yelling all day yesterday

What great shots and some very lucky birds! I can't believe that spring is finally showing itself here in Saskatchewan! Well maybe after I saw a few snowflakes on the weekend. It is nice to see some buds starting to appear on our trees. I hope you had a fantastic weekend.

You have some lucky birds my friend.. So many choices.

We were informed that we can not put up Bird feeders or humming bird feeders because of the BEARS...

Yes they have lots of Bears were we are.. YIKES.. No one informed me we would have bears here.

Hope you have a great week my friend.

Hugs~
