A Cat Tongue Lashing

Honestly Banjo...
you have been cleaning yourself
for over 20 minutes now...

there is not a square inch of you
that has not been groomed...

really...how dirty can a
completely indoor cat get?

you aren't outside
rolling in the dirt...

you are in the house
all day...

oh...
haha...
errrr...
*blush*

guess I best clean my floors this weekend...

Sweet Banjo! Aren't you glad that cats clean themselves? Now if only we could get dogs to do the same!

Banjo is so cute- he just feels good- so he thought he would do a bit of spring cleaning on that lovely coat.

Gosh, I'm glad my cats are oblivious!
They hate the vacuum too so I'm sure they're happy when I neglect my chores.

My Hobie used to lick and lick, and lick till I thought I would absolutely nuts. I used to yell at him, okay, that's enough already. He'd just look at me and go back to licking. Ack!

Dearest Catherine,
Oh my, they can make us look bad but it is a FACT that they do love it when the house has been cleaned. Cats are very, I mean VERY clean. Only when they can roll in the sand! Looking at their Mami, inviting me to come down at their level and start rolling too... What is the fun of that; besides from bringing sand up onto the stairs?
Hugs,
Mariette

wait until he comes to clean you. My cat used to lay on the back of the couch and try to clean my hair. Weirdest feeling ever!

Ha-Ha! :) You do make me laugh. I have to remember to brush Jingles more often. All her tongue lashing has meant a lot of upheaving. :/ Best wishes, Tammy
