A Very Sweet Distraction

Oops...
I had meant to show more pictures from Victoria today
but I got very distracted by
Teddy Pinkleton
who was rescued by my friend
Carolynn at A Glowing Ember!
(more photos of Teddy and her other furry babies
Luna and Willow can be seen on her blog)

This little sweetie was found all alone
a couple of weeks ago beside a train track.  :(

Isn't it nice when kitties are young enough
and don't realize yet to run away
from the crazy lady with the camera?
(laying right on the floor to get up-close and personal!!)

It was so nice to meet you Teddy Pinkleton!
I am sure I will see you again soon!  :)

And,
as Wayne and I will be at
the Eagles concert tomorrow
(his anniversary present)
no more torturing you... errr...
showing you vacation photos until next week.  :)

Wishing you a weekend full of sweet distractions!

P.S.  Anyone else having trouble with their posts not updating in blogger?  I cleared my cache but this post is still not showing up.  sigh...

Gorgeous photos. Yes, he is adorable. I read his story and once again, heartbreaking to think of him out there alone and hungry. The poor wee little guy. Thank God he is now safe and loved. Enjoy the Eagles. I have yet to see them in concert. Deb

What a precious and beautiful kitty and he was such a good model....I have been thinking about getting a kitten and I think you have pushed me over the edge today. I wish one would just come into my world such as this one did but I am sure there are lots at the shelter.....

Have fun at your concert....

Oh what a dumpling! And the 'beauty in the eyes of the beholder' shot is fabu!

(I'm having problems with blogs updating in my blog roll - some do, some don't. Some I delete and re-enter - I think it has to so with a blog's feed. Or not)

Love that little kitty cat ... and your photos.
I've not been receiving updates from many of the blogs I follow. Think it is a blogger glitch.

Teddy is such a gorgeous little girl! I have to wonder how she came to be abandoned, but I'm glad she's found a wonderful forever home with Carolyn, Willow & Luna.

Thus far no problems with blogger, knock wood!

Have fun at the concert!!!

Gasp! What a cutie! You are lucky you got him when he was worn out (or did you wear him out first) cause usually when I get on the floor to take pictures of kitties they are all up in my lens wondering what I'm doing

Oh, what a sweetheart! I'm more envious of your Eagles tickets, though. Have fun!

Teddy is a little charmer. We hope he is getting a forever home with your friend who found him! Mommy is absolutely pea green with envy that you are seeing the Eagles. She got to see Fleetwood Mac earlier in the summer, but she still wants to see the Eagles, Eric Clapton and Van Morrison. Please tell us about the concert next week as well. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
