Same Road Different Views

You can travel the same road each day
but see different sites each time.

1 1/2 hours of driving in this
 by myself yesterday...
yes...
there's a road there somewhere

“In nature, everything has a job. The job of the fog
is to beautify further the existing beauties!”
~ Mehmet Murat Ildan

Yes
fog is very beautiful...

unless you're driving in it...

the one with they yellow flower against that stunning sky is just fantastic. and this is true, the roads we travel change moment by moment.

Those are all terrific photos and that fog looks pretty scary!

I love it even then. But it's scary.

they are all such beautiful photos!

Yes, we often think it's the same view, nothing to notice, but as your camera pointed out, that's not the case.

I remember extreme fog from my years in Halifax, very dangerous. We don't often get fog here, though, and not for long as a rule.

Oh what beautiful photos! You are right, we see different sites on the same road! The yellow flowers are very pretty. I love fog, especially in the morning in the forest. But definitely not when I'm driving :-)

I feel this way about our road too. But fog always makes me claustrophobic, but it does make for great photos, doesn't it?

Dearest Catherine,
Back in The Netherlands I've driven in fog quite often. Not often here in Georgia... It is more dangerous but everything has its charm.
Hugs,
Mariette

Beautiful views!

Yowza - the fog was Much thicker where you were. Glad you got through it safely.

Love the quote, too. I'm finding that's certainly the case.

Now there is the Sask that I know from photos...wow, it's really really ....flat.

It reminds me a little bit of Alberta...

Your photos of it are stunning, and you have fog already?

Very true you can travel the same road every day and see different things depending on how we look at it.

That's what I love about nature, Catherine. Every moment it changes, and offers a whole new view to be captivated by. Love the views you captured!

Looks like it was a beautiful drive. I don't know about driving in fog. Not much of that here in the desert.
That could all change soon!

We made it to our next stop and we have Internet.. YEA. I am one happy camper.

Hugs~

Isn't that the truth. I don't know how many times I pass something and then think wow, I never knew...

Pure and simple it's dangerous. I usually try to follow a semi. Close enough to safely keep up hoping if there is someone or something on the road he can clear a path....

As usual...beautiful photos! We drove through the mountains on Thursday and they were foggy. I wish I had taken a photo now...

Hi There, I'm back after a big birthday week. Trying to catch up a little on my blogging.

Your fog photo reminded me of our drive in fog on the Blue Ridge Parkway last Wed... We were going hiking --and ran into fog BIGTIME... Couldn't see the cars in front of us...

Yes---everyday when we drive the same roads, we do see different things. That is what makes life so interesting.
Hugs,
Betsy

I am amazed sometimes at all the beauty I miss when I travel the same road over and over. Great shots- I love the one with the flower- beautiful!

Can't say much for the fog, but all the other photos are exquisite. The humans saw two deer on their bike ride this morning. We have them within a couple blocks of our house, but they only see them occasionally. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Yes...I love the fog, but probably wouldn't want to drive in it. :-) I love these shots Catherine! Especially the one with the sunflower!
