What to do what to do...

And so what should a gal like me do
with the next five days of her holidays?

  1. Play Catch-up ~ stay home and catch up on house work and yard work
  2. Staycation ~ stay home but do nothing except relax in the backyard
  3. Calgary, AB ~ some retail therapy and a trip to the zoo
  4. Banff, AB ~ hiking in the wilderness, camera in hand, taking photos of wildlife
  5. Great Falls, MT ~ a little site seeing and shopping
  6. Las Vegas, NV ~ some gambling, shows and night life
Hmmm...what to do what to do...

Any guesses?

somehow i think #1 and #2 would sort of morph together. i'll go for hiking in the wilderness.

#3 maybe? Whatever you do, have a good time.

Ohhh many nice things to choose from! If I were you, I would pick #2 as I love being lazy :-) Though #4 sounds good! Banff is one of the places I want to visit some day!
Any choice would be great for sure. Have a fun holiday!

We're guessing 6, so Banjo can follow his dream of becoming a cabaret star.

4 & 5 sound good to me!

Combine 2 and three. Forget the wilderness and the gambling is my suggestion. XX

Oh, whatever you end up doing, just have FUN!! :)

As long as you get away for a few days, that I think is what you need to do. If it were me, I'd choose Banff. But--I have a feeling (don't know why) that you may do either Calgary or Great Falls.

Whatever you do, have loads of FUN...
Hugs,
Betsy

Option # 2 is often the more relaxing vacation... Just don't get caught up in option # 1 ... :) Have a wonderful week!

Well if you go to Las Vegas, you'll only be 2 hours away from me! But if I were you, I'd go with the hiking.

Nancy @ A Rural Journal said...

These all sound like good choices, but I'd opt to laze around the house and relax.

Ann said...

1 and 2 sound like my vacations which while it's nice to be off of work it's not very exciting.
I say anything between 3-6 but whatever you do, enjoy it

With the exception of #1, they all sound terrific. Whichever you chose, I hope you have a wonderful time!

Banff would be a quiet, relaxing adventure. But then anytime Vegas is mentioned I'm ready to go. Which ever you choose, enjoy!

All sounds good . . . but sometimes it's so delicious to just stay home and enjoy the sunshine coming thru your windows.
When we work we miss that!
Enjoy whatever you do.

Hiking in the wilderness would be so serene and therapeutic. And you could share your photos here with others, too! :)

A great plan--just avoid the "tribute bands" in favor of the real ones! On Tropicana Blvd., you can get unsold tickets for $20 as I did to see Tom Jones--2nd row. :)
