Ooooooooo! Aaaaaaaaaahh!! =]Banjo.... see how his back is slightly turned? This year, with the overabundance of mice and chipmunks, we had four cats turning up on the steps near the bird feeder. All four cats deployed the strategy that Banjo is using.... sit with back turned, pretending he's not interested. Yet, there are no chipmunks left...=]xxo
shimmering delight! so beautiful, I knew it would be. do you have any pointers about keeping cats away from trees? my friend Ginny has 3 new cats, not kittens, since last year and she has a small tree that she is afraid they will knock it down.
Your tree is so very beautiful!!!
Love it...looks elegant and tasteful :), even Banjo seems to like it :)>
Such a lovely tree, Catherine.I think I'll put up mine this weekend, if I have time. I wasn't going to bother at all, but it will give the boys something to "play" with. LOL.

It's one beautiful tree, you have done a great job.Hi Banjo from Boo.Jen
Banjo, we gotta hand it to ya, bro. We'd have wrecked that thing in under a second. Mommy says: GORGEOUS!
oh Banjo excellent job of resisting the temptation. The tree is beautiful Catherine.
It's really beautiful and I hope Banjo behaves himself--Is that possible? :-)
Gorgeous tree Catherine, you're very talented! Good boy Banjo, leaving it alone...at least while you are watching!
Your tree is beautiful! There's no way those dangly things would still be dangling around here! Banjo is a saint!
Wow Catherine! The tree is gorgeous. I think even Banjo knows it would be a sin to touch it! You have a wonderful weekend also.
Gorgeous Catherine! I'll be getting out my decorations this weekend.. hoping that our newest kitty (Toasty) will stay out of it (not)!
It's so pretty. I love how it glows. Mine i always a mash up of colours, old & new ornaments (mostly old) and a bit of tinsel thrown in for good measure. One day, I'll have a tree fit for the inside pages of a magazine, too!
That is a beautifully decorated tree. Very wintry.
Dearest Catherine,What a cruel cat-mom you are for putting BIRDS in a Christmas tree! Poor Banjo and he might stalk them... he's got plenty of days for taking them all down.Hugs to you,Mariette
Beautiful tree. What do you do with Banjo when everyone is at work? That tree would be very tempting.Have a happy warm weekend.
Your tree is so beautiful! Hopefully ours will be up Sunday.:)
Such a beautiful tree!!
Oh...so beautiful...Hope you had an Happy Thanksgiving dayXoxoBShell
Catherine, your Christmas looks HEAVENLY! And may I just say HA! - said so, Banjo is good!! If your Christmas tree was in this house it would look like WW3 had broken out within minutes!!!! A few months back I woke up one morning and found that the ENTIRE hallway and living-room had turned into a living weave. Two of the kittens had had an absolute BALL with some of my rolls of mercerized thread... I just laughed as it was actually completely amazing to realize just how long they must have played with it to look like this - it looked like it had been a long night, LOL ;-)Hugs- hope you're enjoying your weekend!Joan
What a beautiful tree!! You decorated soooo nicely! Oh the last photo, in the dark when it's lighten...gorgeous! I hope Banjo will stay good and no birds will be harmed... :-)
Your tree is beautiful, now can you come for a visit and decorate mine for me? I think Banjo's back is saying "I won't touch the tree and I won't even admire it this year" XO
