OMC! Aacccckkkk!!!

And we're supposed to get into the plus teens (celcius, for your US readers) on Sunday and Monday. Please, please, please don't send the snow to us.

Eeeek!! I did see some flakes a couple of days ago but they didn't settle. Definitely a weekend to snuggle up and stay warm and cozy:)

It certainly looks like winter!

As soon as I clear the snowdrifts away from my front porch, the wind blows it back again. It's a frustrating exercise in futility. The wind is literally blowing the snow horizontally past my window.

ha ha, a cat with a snowball instead of a hair ball... that is one beautiful snow flake, enjoy your movies and snoozing.

Well I'm it's you and not me. But I'm sure I'll get mine soon enough. Ha!

Plus I have one of those long rural driveways to boot.

Love your snow-covered bird bath!

Yup! Well! There it is! =/

Dearest Catherine,
You are so right about snuggling up all cozy inside.
When I saw a bed-tray today in a store for the iPad I was thinking of you... Don't know why? But such kind of weather makes you want to LIVE in the bed.
Hugs to you,
Mariette

I hung my snowflakes from the ceiling the other day :D it is that time of year.

I hope you don't get hit with too much snow, and have a lovely weekend!

We too had a massive dump, of about the same. Yep...looks real Christmasy around here! Yesterday, my hubby snow blowed our long drieway for the first time this season. Time for boots, down jackets, hats and mitts, its cold. Stay by the fire and keep warm!!

I think staying in and watching movies sounds much more fun than shoveling snow..

The weatherman keeps saying we are suppose to get rain today. But its almost noon and we still have blue skies. Hummmm... I was hoping for some rain!

Stay warm my friend.

Hugs~

Oo, the snow looks so pretty though! Watching movies and staying warm sounds wonderful! We are doing a lot of that too, as the days are shorter, and the nights especially are really cold! Tomorrow rain. Oh, and the morning fog...wow, I am really LOVING that! Not used to it, so it's a joy to wake in the wee hours and peek out the window at it. :-)

Cat: I am amazed that people here are still walking around in T-shirts and cut offs with flip flops! Ha!

Winter has come early to the prairies.
It might put you in the holiday mood or hibernating mood.
Stay warm and safe.

Ouch. Wondering if its coming our way? Of course, our weathermen call them "Alberta Clippers" but still....:)

HaHa, just noticed the birdbath is a kitty, so cute. Beautiful snow building up. I'm behind here. Stay warm.

Hmmmm, good thing it was a long weekend, then, if you had to shovel the driveway twice. Yesterday, we FINALLY got a wee bit of Indian summer - it stopped raining and/or blowing for long enough. It was a whopping 16 degrees C, here! One day of it was all we got but I got a ton of outdoor stuff done (including a few windows) and Tom and the boys finished splitting and stacking the wood for the inside wood stove. Lots more still to do, though!

Cozy thoughts sent your way. You're making me grateful! erp! =/ =]
