My kinda weather. It's raining here off and on and gonna be in the 40's a night or two, the guessers said. That little ladybug is hunting for cover, it looks like. Good photos.
That's forecast for here tonight. What great shots as you watched that little lady tucking away.
Oh my dear 1c ! We had about 20 c this day.But i like it when it's getting colder .A warm house and candle light makes me feel so cosy.Love your picturesXX Elisabeth
Прекрасного времяпровождения в отпуске:) Фотографии замечательные.

Ok! I want your camera! Fantastic pics Catherine! I'm enjoying the cooler days after the hot hot summer.

33F! That's too cold!! How great you are still on holiday :-) I hope you stay warm!Oh the photos are stunning!!
Already? Wow! Still 95 here during the day, though it is cool at night now. Got down to 62 this morning.
I love ladybugs. :-)1C?! Acckk! +25C here today, though I don't think it will be this warm again.
Love the contrast in those photos! I want to cozy up back in bed and a cup of tea too but I'm not on holiday. :( Hope Banjo is snuggling beside you!
How can a bug be so cute? :)I don't understand this crazy weather, here it's more than 34°C today - and it's still winter (and it's been a very hot season)...xo
Have fun darling !!...♥♥♥....Ria..
Every time you post I just adore your photos, but I restrain myself from coming here time after time to say the same things, but these.. these I utterly adore! I could so see those on a frame on my wall!
I was just thinking the same thing what Connie said, these photo's could be in a book. We had our first frost two days ago, the pumpkins and tomatoes were saved!Keep warmChristine
The cold is coming here next. They are actually talking frost in a few days!! Yikes!! I'm NOT READY!!!
Wow - is it usually so cold at this time of year? It's 11C here at the moment, but it is 11pm...Beautiful photos as always Catherine!Kay :)
BRRRRR, that is cold. Lucky you didn't have to get up and go out. A warm blanket, tea and your favorite electronic device is a great way to spend a cold morning :)
Dearest Catherine,SURE; follow your Ladybug's example of finding her cozy, protective spot... Wow, can't believe how fast the temperature has dropped in your area. Hope you had a lovely and cozy day off.Hugs,Mariette
Brrr! I'm not ready for those kind of temps yet. We are still about 30C during the day. I would have crawled back under the covers too!The little ladybug is so cute.
That ladybug looks like she's trying to find a warm place too! Wow, that's pretty cold already...however, I have been starting the day in a sweatshirt (low 50's) and ending it in shorts & a t-shirt! (high 70's). Loving it! Enjoy the rest of your holiday!
Beautiful pictures again Catherine.....real autumn colors.....have a lazy day today.....x
1 degree!! how do you live? Hope Banjo is keeping warm and he is allowed to sleep under the bedclothes. xx
I am so ready for cold weather!

You know it must be cold when even that Ladybug is trying to get warm. Such a cool photo my friend. Enjoy the rest of your Holiday my friend..Hugs~
What a wonderful capture!! That poor little ladybug - hope it found a warm spot - and I hope you did, too!
Great photos, Catherine, love ladybugs !Brr ... how cold, sounds already like Winter ... :-(Enjoy your holidays,Sylvia
Sounds like a perfect (holiday) day. Enjoy!Hugs,Judy
These are beautiful photos~so nicely composed! I love the contrast of the bright ladybug with the crisp leaves. The leaves remind me of fall...I would enjoy some cold weather right now! Take care!!
It was the same temp here this morning. Naturally our furnace chose to conk out as welll. :(
Cute photos!!! I wish it were cooler here!
Brrrrr.... great captures!
Excellent photos. Love it, but when I read it was 33 degrees my jaw dropped. We're in the 90s and we're expecting a cool front to bring temps in the 80s and 50s at night! Can't wait! Go back to bed.
what great shots of the ladybug....
I love these images of the leaf and the ladybug!!! Aren't our cameras just wonderful? I love the way it makes me slow down and explore the world - LOVE IT! and, as usual, you were slightly ahead of us - We got our 'close to frost' (some people actually had it), last night. =/ I was hoping to eke out a few last weeks in the garden - sigh.and I'm reading everything - all the posts that I missed while I was 'locked in my room' - trying to figure out matting and pricing so that I could sell my photos - and.... I'm reading and hearing you!I hope that you're back in the swing of the routine. =/lots of hugs and kisses - the pic of the tortoise just wrung my heart for you!xxooxxooxxoo
Oh my gawd!! Those are fantastic photos! My jaw just hit the floor, I kid you not. Not as impressed with the weather report...
