Hmmmm! I'm glad that you have a long weekend! I'm sorry about the yuck of a week before and, especially, for your poor, poor, poooor plant...

Wish me luck, Cat! Today started the boys' week of winter break. I think that I'm not quite prepared...

Oops indeed! I brought home some spider plants a while back and Jingles chomped on one so much that it is barely hanging on. I had to hang the other one up high enough so she couldn't get to it. :/

I do love weekends. Have been in pajamas doing my thing since Thursday afternoon. Yea! back to school tomorrow, but next week we have a 4-day weekend because of National/Liberation Days -- also my birthday weekend so it is always a holiday here. :)

Best wishes to you, Tammy

Friday nights are nice when you get the weekend off, but we're working today...

Your poor Primrose - they are starting to come through in the hedgerows here - Spring is definitely on it's way!

Enjoy your long weekend Catherine.

I'm hopeless with flowering plants, need something hardy that doesn't demand much attention. Like watering. LOL.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend. So nice to have Monday off. I know not every province has Monday as a holiday, but am glad we both do!

aw poor Catherine, I feel your pain but I know in your job position some weeks would be extremely tough!

I am all about purple and this violet is struggling.

put your face to the sun today and know you are loved!

3 days off in a row - YEAH!!!!

A Family day holiday! Don't know why that idea hasn't caught on here yet.
Try plastic or fabric flowers next time, they never let you down.
Enjoy your long weekend. XO

somehow I always end up killing plants, I don't even try anymore.

Uh oh. That is usually what happens to mine. I have been buying bouquets lately...that way they are meant to die and I don't feel so bad!

OOps indeed I saw the first photo and thought ahhh the second I was going oooh.
This happens a lot with primroses they dont like the heat if you put them in a cool sunny place it will revive.
