Hello? Is this thing on?

Hello!

I have been a blog slacker these past few days. Well no matter.  I am back now.

It appears my brain has gone into a bit of a slump.

I can't even say it is a "February Brain Freeze" as we have been experiencing some incredible temperatures.  +7c (45F) for today.  Very unusual for Southwest Saskatchewan in February.  It should be more like -22c.  We have no snow.  There are hints of green grass in my front yard.  Yup ~ I like it!

I have a lot planned for today ~ no Sunday snoozing for me!  #1 is catching up with all the lovely bloggers! Included in today's festivities is exercising, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and asking Stanley if he will take me out on a photo shoot.  I really need some inspiration!  We saw two beautiful Snowy Owls on our way home from Regina yesterday.  But did I have my camera?  Nooooooo....

My photo does not match my thoughts this morning.

But that's the way it goes sometimes doesn't it?

Wishing you a Happy Sunday!

P.S. Wayne and I went to "We Bought A Zoo" last Sunday - loved it!
I laughed, I cried, two thumbs up!

Sometimes a person just needs a break from blogging, I usually don't get around to it until the weekend, when my term at the bank is over, I plan on writing and taking pictures with my new camera more often, maybe even start a photo blog, you inspire me Catherine
Happy Sunday back at ya!

I still can't get used to the fact that the boys and I start our school week on Sunday. :/ We all have those days when we are in a fog and don't seem to have the gumption for anything. Sounds like you have a great day planned. Enjoy! Best wishes, Tammy

Hi Catherine, Hope you have a great day. Sounds like a busy one for you. Here in the good ole USA, we have a special day today...

It is Super Bowl Sunday. May the best team win!!! I personally am for the Giants --but I truly just hope it is a good game. Anxious to see some great commercials also!!!

Glad that you are having a fairly mild winter also.
Hugs,
Betsy

You've a full list of things to do. The best one will be the photo shoot by far, you'll have to share it too.
Have a great week.

I know that I am having a brain-freeze, unlike our temperatures that are well above what they should be! I hope you've enjoyed your day and have found your inspiration!

Except for our snow/ice storm a couple weeks ago, it's been warm and wet, now warm and dry.

I think all the cold weather is hiding out in Europe this winter, one of my friends informed me today that it was absolutely brutal.

Happy Sunday Catherine!
Why is it when we don't have our camera that's when something great appears! My husband and I walking through the forest had a huge owl swoop right down towards us! It was incredible!
Have you noticed all the gorgeous owl photos and ornaments lately? I was going to do a post on owls and show my Robert Bateman print of an owl that my MIL found for me at the thrift store!!

I would love to see those owls. I've been trying to remember to have my coolpix camera with me at all times. I've missed some great opportunities too.
Hopefully hubby took you on a photo shoot.
