Hello April

Hello April!

I am so glad you see you!

Predictions of 3c (37F) for today and
9c (48F) for next week.

Please do not toy with us Mother Nature
we are still sensitive from the cold and snow.

There are 'predictions' of going on a
road trip tomorrow
due to the fact that
"Golf Town"
opened in Regina yesterday...

(Stanley.... how many golf clubs does one man need????)

;)

Happy Weekend my friends!
xo Catherine

Good morning. Hope your road trip goes well, sounds cold. It has been wet and cold down here but today looks like it is improving. Spring is here so you know it is on it's way to you too.

(p.s. You know in a couple of months I will be complaining about the heat and wishing I was with you.)

I hope you enjoy your weekend. Our yard area is so icy as it thaws a little during the day and freezes at night and we can't put salt because of our dogs feet!!
Supposed to get to 6c today!

85 degrees here. It appears we have skipped Spring and went straight to summer.

Oh Catherine, being a golfer you don't EVEN really want to ask that question...there are so many uses for each club; it's just best to be supportive and nod your head...'okay honey, if you think you need it!' is my pat answer to my hubby's whims!

Hi Cat! Your ivy is lovely! I have that same kind here, and right now it thrives, but come July it's poor little leaves get burned from the sun. Wow, is that supposed to be warm? or warmer? We hit 90F today...but it's not supposed to be summer yet! I'm not ready for the heat! Hope you have a happy weekend my friend!

A road trip could be fun...as long as YOU get something YOU want out of it. Ha.

Our temps are about what yours are, I think we've had about 5C today. Showers, showers, showers--but better than s-n-o-w.

Have a great weekend!

Your weather forecast sounds about the same as ours. At least the numbers are going up a little.
My ex husband was a golfer, I never could understand the thrill of it.

Oh I do hope the weather Gods stay on your side. There's nothing quite like the feeling of spring appearing after a hard winter.
Lots of sunny Greek spring greetings :-)

Its warming slow here with so much snow left. Happy April and I hope its purrrrfect for us on the Praires.
Have a wonderful day.

Yup! We had snow on April first, too. Actually, here it is - May - and there are mountains with predictions of snow. Not here, though....I hope not, anyway!!!

I've had a lovely time "catching up". Have I been gone so long? It's been a rough and strange couple of months but I am SO much better. Spring is the cheeriest thing I know. It doesn't solve every conundrum but it does remind us that seasons change and "everythings agonna be alright." (Now, I have reggae in my mind.)

Cat, I just want to say that you're so lovely. You have such a great perspective that you share with us. A fun view of life. I appreciate the way that you make me laugh and smile. Be well, friend!

Love, Katy xxoo
