Naughty Behavior - The Christmas Tree

There's really not much to be said
when a cat has 'attitude'
and puts the bitey on a branch
right in front of you
defying your repeated warnings
about leaving the Christmas tree alone
and then proceeds to clean himself
as if it's no big deal...

That is one beautiful tree and awesome pictures. As for Banjo, I would try and help him out of this one but there's no denying he's guilty. Although there is the possibility that he was merely doing a safety inspection on the branches and the last photo does look like he was checking to make sure there was proper clearance between the floor and the ornament.

So sweet....beautiful.... tree !!!.......love Ria...

BANJO! Yo my friend! Christmas is getting awfully close - she might remember this "moment" and tell Santa! Purrsonally, I would recommend sampling the tree ONLY when no one is looking. And when questioned, blame the husband stating he was hungry and desperate....just a thought.

Purrs!

This is why I love cats...They really do have their own agenda and do what they want, don't they? :-))

Hey Catherine, I'm having the same problem, times 4. Banjo is so pretty, hard to get mad at our babies, isn't it?

Oh Banjo, you are just so handsome with that tree! We LOVE that first photo of you! We scrolled back up to see the bad bitey and still couldn't figure out when you did it. We just saw a little bitty close inspection of the tree but didn't see the naughty behavior your mom talked about.

Sending you lots of hugs and purrs Banjo!

These could make a great series card.... little Banjo I hope you know to be good or there may not be treats for you in your stocking (however I do have a suspicion you'd get them either way!!) ;o)

Naughty Naughty Bajo, but the nonchalant look on his face is prcieless, as if to say, 'You talking to me?'

Yes, cats supreme beings of having their own agenda...regardless!

Way to go Banjo! The only naughty thing is knocking it over, everything else is considered normal!

Hello my friend.. Such cute photos.
My kitties used to alway knock off the orniments.. Get in the tree. They used to be such bad kitties. Now all they do is sleep under it.. I have been trying to get a shot of it but the minute I pull my camera out they are off and running..

Hugs, Linda

Aww... but,...so cute and so gentle really...how could you get upset with him? Not quite the way my big cat used to "do" our trees. He would launch himself from about 15 feet away and bring them to the ground.....

Oh Banjo steals my heart .... and a little nibble won't hurt, will it? What a cutie pie!!

Lovely pics of bBanjo - have to forgive his naughtiness!

Uh oh. Banjo is a bad boy!! I love the nonchalance when you tell him "no". It's like "who me? I was just washing my paw". Oh, those kitties!!

Jaime said...

Oh, I was wondering when this was going to happen! I knew Banjo had big plans for that tree.

So entertaining...as long as he doesn't knock the tree over, right?
