Snowflakes on Monday

“Snowflakes, like people,

are all different and beautiful,

but they can be a nuisance

when they lose their identity in a mob.”

~ unknown

Clearly there needs to be some crowd control
here in Southwest Saskatchewan.

Anyone have a snow blower I can borrow?

Happy Monday!

Oh those nasty flakes, they make my whiskers shiver!

I think we're going to be needing some crowd control ourselves here in Minn. later this evening. Great quote. Have a good week, despite the mob, Catherine!

aaahhh...i'm dreaming of a white christmas..

ahhh, i miss the snow; dont' get much here in NC but I always dream of a white Christmas.
However, there is nothing better than cozying up with a warm blanket with a cup of tea and a good book; doesn't the snow just force that type of behavior?

Don't own a snow blower since we don't have much snow down here... BUT--when we do get snow, my hubby would LOVE to have a blower then!!!!!

MOVE to TENNESSEE, Catherine.... You can get away from most of the snow.

Catherine! This was a very creative post! My 'winter' hat is off to you! We don't have any of the white stuff here in Ontario yet..but there were some slight flurried sprinkles the other day! It was so pretty!

love your photos!
have a great day...and stay warm!

Don't have snow here just yet. Lots of wind - we lost our phone lines and internet for the weekend. Plus I have been working 8 days straight!!!! Just wanted to share that two very nice couples - son, wife and his parents from Saskachewan came in the gallery where I work and they were very sweet. Seemed to be enjoying our area and local crafts.

That quote just stopped me in my tracks ... how true! And your photos are always so beautiful.

We could use a little mob control here today ... it's coming down quite heartily.

oh how I wish we had a snow blower. It's shovel or don't get out for us. Occasionally the kind friend with the pick up truck equipped with a plow will take pity on us for a price. So far we're doing good this year but I know it's coming soon.

Here it's cold and we had snow showers today, winter has started :-(

Nice week,

Years ago, when I was a SAHM, we bought a small snowblower that I could use on the driveway. It was the BEST purchase we ever made! I like that I can use it because I love to go out in the snow. I've been known to go up and down the block doing the neighbors driveways. :)

Our snow is all gone but the rain is here. Your snow free days didn't seem very long this year. Maybe that means you're in for a nice long summer next year!

lol..crowd control.

We had some snow last week too, but not like you!
And now, sadly, it's gone.
But I know I can come here and soak up the snowflake beauty. (I am still in awe over last years photos of your snowlaced trees!)
