Good sniffing Banjo, don't let them get the best of you!
I think Banjo is multi-tasking on bird patrol! :-)
We have a thirty year old cockateil who resides on my kitchen counter in his cage but his door is always open so he's free to come and go as he pleases. he loves to talk to the blue jays outside. I think they must be the same family because their squawking hurts my ears!!Banjo would love him! All our cats have ignored him. He has outlived all of them. We had eight cats at one time and the last one died last year.
Whew! Almost a goner....
That bird looks real. For a sec, I got fooled. No wonder Banjo just got to check it out.
Banjo, you are such a stealthy, handsome Mancat hunter! We enjoyed these photos and especially watching you stalk that birdie - it looked real to us too! Have a good Sunday!Angel & Isabella
Banjo, We would have gone for the pretty bird, too. Maybe a little too vigorously!
Here birdie birdie! LOLThank you so much for the well wishes for the hubs. He's home and doing better. All went well, an adjustment in meds should do the trick.*hugs*deb
You are so funny!! Love your shots - great laughs - thanks!
Pretty white birdie!!!! Banjo is no dummy.... He knew that that pretty little white thing wasn't real... He wants the ones OUTSIDE..... ha ha Hugs,Betsy
My first baby Nikki was best friends with my parakeet, Skye=they were precious together and Skye even meowed more than she sang!...Great photos, brought back some lovely memories of my sweet babies :)...Hope you have a wonderful week, Catherine, kisses to handsome Banjo and his adorable buddy!
Poor Banjo, what a tease!! Love you Banjo XX
Oh Banjo it looks like those birdies are a tag team. I think you might be outnumbered. Loved this post, the photos are great and what fun, made me smile first thing this morning.
We can see the appeal, it is a very pretty bird. We have one who sits high up on our Christmas tree. She has peacock feathers, and she always comes out of her box shrouded in secrecy in the hope that we wont try to nom on her.
This is such a cute post !!...so nice....little Banjo amd his world......happy sunday darling...enjoy...love Ria...
A cat is a cat and follows his instinct. Lovely pictures of Banjo.Cats are always surprising you with their moves. Have a nice sunday CatharineGreetzTanja

Unfortunately, it, somehow, didn't register;so, it went something like this:"Oh, I miss you so!"Having been away from Blogland - wandering in less precious and less hospitable lands - it makes me infinitely happy to visit you and to hear what's going on! lol!!I love your little Banjo scenarios!I'm so glad I visited you this evening...lot's of laughs tonight.
Yes, well, today is November 17th and I enjoyed catching up on the last couple of your posts. My young son, Toby, however, is home from school and we started following the link trail to a bunch of your Banjo posts. Laugh and giggle, giggle and laugh - we had to look at this "one more time." If I go anywhere else, I will have to come back here, "one more time"; so, this is where I stay. =]We still look wonderfully, earthy brown - no white. I've been in a lovely christmas mood, though because we had a few flurries a couple of weeks ago. Don't you just love the snow globe effect? Anyway, my christmas mood is resulting in major house cleaning. It's "frowned upon" to put Christmas decorations up, in the States, until our Thanksgiving which will be in a week (Thursday). A week! Ack! Not ready! Listening to Christmas music, though. Don't tell anyone! I'm sooooooo happy! I love this time of year! okay.Enjoy your snow! Toby says "ooga booga" and your white, feathery birds are so beautiful!Love, KatyBTW, it CAN'T snow yet! I still have bulbs to put in and windows to wash. Phew! I'm cutting it close!!!
