That Time of Year

As I hold on tight to my last few hours of holidays,
I get ready to go outside and put away
some of my garden treasures.
Some will be put into the shed
to be sheltered from the harsh winter,
others will brave the snow and ice.
There they are...
those pesky little snowflakes
showing up on the weather forecast.
Have a warm and cozy weekend!

I sure hope you don't get snow already! You have such cute garden treasures - especially the kitty! Enjoy the remaining hours of your holiday!

Hugs to Banjo!

You stay warm too. How nice that you put some of your garden treasures indoors where they will spend the winter sheltered.

Love your garden treasures. How sad that it's already time for them to be put away. Sure hope you don't get that snow, it's way too soon for that in my book

You, too, hon!! I just want to tell you how much I enjoyed catching up on your posts! The naughty videos and, best of all, your anniversary post!!

Stay warm and, hopefully, flake free!

Your short season really reminds me of when we lived in Alaska...I'm glad ours is a bit longer here in Virginia, but I know that I also need to be thinking about putting away the summer treasures and finding a place to set my potted plants that are on my front porch.
I hope you have a good weekend!!! I hope the snow stays away--Do you have your flannel pajamas ready just in case? :-)

we've had a few days of pretty darn cold ...and two mornings of a bit of snow too... Bragg Creek just outside of Calgary.. got 2 inches the other day. Darn it anyway!

But... the weatherman says not to lose hope...that tomorrow will be +13C and then warming up each day ... alright! From 0C to + 18 by week's end.... woohooo... well, I hope he's right, or I'll be talking about hunting him down and hanging him high...

I guess golf is pretty much over for the season anyway though...sigh.... and I'll be taking in my garden toys too.. I wish I could get the last of my bag of nice dirt dug in though... must try for that in the dry days ahead.. it has been so wet the past two weeks....
