Saturday Roadtrip ~ Part 1

So where did we go yesterday?

We went to Cypress Hills Provincial Park and ended up in Medicine Hat, Alberta for a late lunch!

Look...

Saskatchewan isn't all flat prairie land ~ we have trees!

And lakes.
Some sunshine ~ finally.
Enjoying the morning.
There was a beach.
A spoon.
A sock.
Some boats.
Red leaves.
A frog.
Yellow and gold leaves.
Sun and shadow between tall trees.
A coyote.
Another long and winding road.

There was more ~ but that will follow another day.

The goose from the post below?

A gal from town told me it is a Toulouse Goose with Mallard babies who seem to have adopted her.

And now my lovely blogger friends, I will be trying to keep my hands away from the mouse and staying away from blogland for a few days.

I have an exam this coming Friday morning that I must study for.

But not to worry, I am spending this afternoon catching up with all you lovelies, and then I will be back Friday afternoon after my exam.

I hope you all have a lovely week ~ take care!

Looks like a lovely Fall day out. We don't have much changing of leaves here yet, although lots of acorns dropping and some dry leaves coming down. The next couple of weeks will mean a bigger change, I am sure.

Good luck with the exam!

How sweet that she adopted those ducks! We noticed, last year, that the Canada Geese would always make sure that the baby mallard ducklings would make it safe across the road. It was funny how all the pond animals got along with each other.

It looks like your outing was a serious breath of fresh air. Yay!

Good luck, of course, with your exam.

Love, Me

Good luck~ not always flat is good, trees are good and lakes and, you get the idea. I'm not positive though about coyotes though if they don't leave my adopted kids (err. baby goats alone)
