Idle Garden Gloves

My idle garden gloves wait patiently for me
It will be awhile yet

My wishes of yesterday did not come true
Nowhere in that post did I wish for snow
But for some reason ~ it did did not stay

One must always look for a silver lining
Don't you think?

Maybe the delay in the Spring means a delay in the really hot heat of the summer. Or maybe I'm just wishing too! Most certainly there always needs to be a silver lining though!

Oh I'm sure your garden gloves will get ALOT of use. Just be patient!!! After you wear a hole in them, you'll be yearning for the quiet of winter!!!! ha ha

We had hard rains today.... It's going to get cold here again tomorrow. Not sure when Spring will get here either.

at least it was snow & not rain ! My daughter & I got soaked in a thunder storm yesterday and the day before I got completely soaked on the beach by a rather large wave ! It missed my two friends !
I wouldn't mind but I have a streeming cold & I felt chilled to the bones - and our boiler isn't working properly so I couldn't even have a hot bath !!!

I'm glad your snow didn't stay!
Spring is here, but Mother Nature is reminding us she is boss :)
We are having rain and snow today, and all the daffodils, hyacinths and crocus are blooming. Silly weather.
Have a wonderful weekend!

The weather has been teasing my garden gloves. It has been warm most days but near freezing at night. It won't be much longer before we can put them to use.

Snow? I'm sending many many sunbeams your way, right now. Do you notice them?! I really like your picture, it's so lovely, the snow will most definitely disappear very soon in your part of the world, Catherine! Have a wonderful weekend. xo

Oh Cathrine, I can sooo relate to that feeling of waiting for spring while the snow still flies! Before moving down to the warmer climes of California we lived in Oregon for years and I used to wish for spring by February... but it never showed up until May! lol I'm sure your garden gloves will be well used very soon. Sending you a few warm spring vibrations~

Darling sorry I have been a bit absent lately! I am finally getting to catch up, I needed some me time to relax and to get rid of my never-ending migraines.
Darling popped in to wish you and your family a joyous and blessed Easter.

Love & Hugs
